Disabled Access
The surgery premises at Woodlands offers purpose built accommodation, which caters for the needs of the disabled (to include ramp access, wide entrance doors and toilet facilities). A hearing loop is also available.
Unfortunately no disabled car parking facilities exist.
In addition a number of practice produced literature is available in large print and every effort is made to make available information in different formats, as required. We recognise that a high proportion of our patients, their families or carers may be disabled and we respectfully ask that you inform practice staff of any specific access requirements that are needed in order to use our services.
