It is very important that if you cannot attend a pre-booked appointment with the surgery that you let us know as soon as possible.  If we are notified early enough the appointment slot can then be used by another patient.

With the pressures faced by the NHS with regard to lack of availability of appointments for doctors and nurses and the complaints we receive by patients as a result, we expect you to notify us if you intend not to keep your appointment.

HOW TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT

1:   Telephone 0333 123 4203 and speak to a receptionist.

2:   Click here to use our on-line Cancel an Appointment form.

3:   Call into surgery during opening hours to inform us.

4:   Appointments made using MyHealthOnLine can be cancelled using MHOL

5:   Submit a 'Cancel an Appointment' form via our App.

KEEP IT OR CANCEL IT !

Patients failing to attend and not cancelling  consecutive appointments may be issued with an 'Acceptable Behaviour Contract' and risk possible removal from our list.
